CNET Labs tested the AirPods Pro 3 heart rate sensor against the Apple Watch Series 11, Garmin Venu 4, Google Pixel Watch 4, Samsung Galaxy Watch 8, and Amazfit Bip 6 using a Polar H10 chest strap. The AirPods Pro 3 placed second with a 1.23% average error rate and 2.02 BPM difference, beating all non-Apple wearables.
