A Tesla Model 3 using an automated driving assistance system crashed into a Katy, Texas home at high speed, killing Martha Avila. Driver Michael Butler showed no signs of intoxication and cooperated with investigators. The Harris County Sheriff's Office confirmed the system was engaged.
