Deeply optimized MSX emulation on ESP32-S3 with VGA output

Ivan Svarkovsky optimized fMSX for ESP32-S3 using Xtensa Lx7 cores, adding PSRAM support for 8MB N16R8 configuration. MSX1, MSX2, and MSX2+ systems emulated via memory alignment, data movement from Flash to RAM, and pipeline optimization. VGA output uses 2-bit R-2R RGB222 DAC; audio requires external PDM filters on GPIO pins. Input via USB keyboard or SD card software loading.
