Rivian CEO Promises Mobile Service Anywhere

Rivian CEO RJ Scaringe said the company will send a mobile service truck to customers anywhere, including on a mountain. Over half of Rivian's service is already done via mobile. The goal is to reach 75 to 80 percent of service activities through a fleet of around 800 mobile vehicles.
