Amazon Plans to Offload $8B in AI Chips via SPV

Amazon reportedly plans to transfer about $8 billion worth of Grace Blackwell accelerators to a Special Purpose Vehicle, or SPV. This move allows Amazon to remove the assets and associated debt from its balance sheet while maintaining operational use through a lease agreement.
