Ford discontinued the 3.0L Power Stroke diesel after the 2021 F-150 model year. The engine offered 30 mpg highway and 440 lb-ft of torque but suffered low sales and reliability issues. The newer PowerBoost hybrid surpassed it in power, torque, and towing capacity, making the diesel redundant.
