Samsung, TSMC adopt ASML High NA EUV

Samsung and TSMC will adopt ASML's High NA EUV lithography machines by 2028 and 2030, joining Intel. ASML launched an initiative with both firms for 12-inch photomasks, expected in production by 2033, to boost yields and cut costs.
