Samsung and TSMC committed to ASML's High NA EUV lithography machines, joining Intel. Samsung will use them for DRAM from 2028, TSMC for advanced chips from 2030. The machines cost around $400 million. All three chipmakers join ASML's initiative for 12-inch photomasks.
