Researchers drop checkm8-style BootROM exploit for A12 and A13 iPhones

Researchers at Paradigm Shift disclosed a BootROM exploit called usbliter8 targeting Apple's A12 and A13 chips. The flaw resides in immutable SecureROM code on iPhone XS, XR, 11, and 11 Pro models. It cannot be patched and requires physical access and DFU mode to exploit.
