Google To Report Child Abuse Content In India

Google has agreed to report child sexual abuse material on its platforms directly to Indian law enforcement, following Meta about a week earlier. The government has warned platforms of action, including loss of safe harbour, if they fail to protect children online. Google says it invests heavily in detecting and removing such content.
