MDA Space buys Blue Canyon for $620 million

MDA Space will acquire Blue Canyon Technologies, the small satellite maker owned by RTX Raytheon, for $620 million USD in an all-cash deal. The acquisition adds over 400 employees and two Colorado manufacturing facilities. MDA expects the deal to close later this year.
