Salesforce agreed to acquire AI customer support company Fin for $3.6 billion. Fin's AI agents resolve 76 percent of queries without human help. The deal, expected to close in Salesforce's fiscal 2027 fourth quarter, adds over 30,000 customers and strengthens the Agentforce business, which reached $1.2 billion in annual recurring revenue.
