MacOS 27 drops Intel, MacOS 28 kills x86 apps

Apple will not support Intel hardware in MacOS 27. MacOS 28 will end the ability to run x86 applications on Apple Silicon Macs, ending nearly six years of Intel compatibility on the newer architecture.
