NASA and Katalyst Space ended plans to boost the Swift Observatory after the LINK spacecraft suffered an attitude control issue. Katalyst will instead conduct rendezvous operations for data. Swift, launched in 2004, is expected to burn up in Earth's atmosphere later this year.
