Salesforce Agrees to Buy Cresta for $2.7B

Salesforce Inc. agreed to acquire Cresta Intelligence Inc. for a reported $2.7 billion. The cloud giant announced the deal late Monday to add AI voice agents and agentic experiences to its customer service platform. Salesforce expects to close both this Cresta deal and its $5.66 billion purchase of Braze Inc. in its 2028 fiscal year starting next February.
