PwC: Workers Falling Behind on AI Skills

PwC surveyed 49,364 workers across 48 countries and found 64% used AI at work in the past year, up 10 points, while daily generative AI use rose from 14% to 22%. Yet only 51% said they could access needed learning resources, down from 59%. The largest group, 56%, lacks both scarce skills and AI experience.
