Samsung announced the Health Assistant, an AI-powered personal health assistant now available in beta for eligible US users of Samsung Health. It combines health data from Samsung Health's five pillars of wellness to provide personalized health guidance and recommendations.

Samsung is in talks to invest in Mistral AI at a €20 billion valuation. The potential investment is reported to be around €1 billion. The deal would mark a significant bet on the French AI startup by the South Korean tech giant.

Samsung launched the Galaxy Card, its first branded credit card in the US, issued by Barclays US Consumer Bank on the Visa network. XPeng launched the L03 electric SUV coupe in Munich, becoming the first Asia-Pacific automaker to ship a vehicle with Google Maps Auto SDK. The integration powers in-car navigation and feeds map data into the NGP and XPILOT ASSIST driver-assistance systems outside China. The L03 launched simultaneously in 65 markets.

Pakistan's Federal Investigation Agency established a dedicated unit to probe crypto-related cybercrime and financial fraud. Isuzu Motors is testing a three-minute battery-swapping system for electric garbage trucks in Yokohama, running through March 2028. The system uses the EVision Cycle Concept to swap depleted packs with charged ones, avoiding midday charging delays. The trial follows a September 2025 commercial test with ITOCHU Corp. and FamilyMart for delivery trucks.
